GLOW-50MG
Research compound
The certificate is public.
GLOW 50 mg is a three-peptide research formulation built around 50 mg of GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide), supplemented with 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500, supplied as a single lyophilized vial for extracellular-matrix, angiogenesis, and tissue-remodelling research. GHK-Cu is the dominant component by mass and the primary driver of collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis in fibroblast models; the two accompanying peptides contribute vascular and cell-migration signalling. Each vial is manufactured to ≥99% purity per component, verified by HPLC and mass spectrometry, and supplied for use in qualified laboratory and research settings. Key Features * 50 mg GHK-Cu + 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500 per vial * 70 mg total lyophilized powder * ≥99% purity by HPLC * Identity confirmed by mass spectrometry * Copper-complexed tripeptide as primary component * Lot-specific certificate of analysis * Research use only

01Research context
GLOW combines three peptides that are individually well represented in matrix biology and regenerative research, allowing their overlapping pathways to be observed in a single model. GHK-Cu, the 50 mg core of the formulation, is studied for its influence on collagen type I and III production, elastin and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, and broad shifts in gene expression toward repair-associated patterns; its plasma concentration declines with age, which is one reason it features in skin-aging and wound models. BPC-157 is investigated for VEGF-mediated angiogenesis and endothelial protection, supporting vascular supply in regenerating tissue. TB-500, a fragment of thymosin β4, is studied for actin-mediated cell migration and reduced myofibroblast differentiation, with anti-fibrotic outcomes in dermal, cardiac, and hepatic models. Together they are used to examine matrix deposition, vascularisation, and migration as linked rather than isolated processes. Researchers should account for cumulative copper delivery from the GHK-Cu component in extended protocols, and should verify each component against its own certificate of analysis. Intended Use For laboratory research use only. Intended for reconstitution by qualified personnel using an appropriate sterile diluent in controlled research settings. Handling Notes Store lyophilized vials refrigerated at 2–8 °C short term or frozen at −20 °C for extended storage, protected from light. Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, adding diluent slowly down the vial wall without shaking; the solution will take on a blue tint from the copper complex. Refrigerate after reconstitution and use within 30 days. Warnings Research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not for drug, food, cosmetic, household, or diagnostic use. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Component peptides carry differing regulatory classifications; none is FDA approved. Keep out of reach of children.
